Call Center Representative
The Federal Savings Bank is hiring an entry level inside sales professional to develop as a Customer Success Coordinator in our Columbus, OH (Westerville) call center. We seek enthusiastic individuals ready to elevate their sales career through the Customer Success Coordinator program, an entry-level path to become a Mortgage Banker. We will provide you with the foundation required to set you up for lasting success in this industry.
Job Duties:
This is a full time, high-volume call center sales position reporting directly to the Senior Vice President in Westerville, OH. During training, new team members are submerged in a blend of computer-based and instructor-led trainings over a three-to-four-month span. For this reason, all applicants MUST live in the area.
- Learn and apply directional sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from successful Mortgage Bankers
- Provide fantastic customer service to clients and referrals
- Outbound calling to potential customers, serving as first point of contact
- Operate loan origination software
- Become an expert at using CRM and lead management
- Work alongside like-minded peers in a competitive, lively call center environment
- Representing the bank in a positive manner and network to create additional loan opportunities for yourself and the company
- Engaging with prospective customers via text, email and phone
Ideal Candidate Traits & Experience:
- High school degree or GED required, 2-4 college degree preferred
- 1 + year(s) of experience in sales or retail, hospitality, and food & beverage industries preferred, not required
- Friendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a naturally high sales acumen
- A passion for sales and have demonstrated that successfully through experience
- An innate, customer-centric mentality and understand the importance of asking the right questions, identifying pain-points, and creating long-lasting relationships
