Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of residential mortgage lending or retail sales mortgage banking experience
- Two or more new purchase loans per month
- Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants
- Autonmous, entrepreneurial self-starter we can build a support team around
- College degree or equivalent work or military experience
- Knowledge of real estate markets
- Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and Jumbo loan products preferred
- Favorable credit history and background check
We are seeking experienced Mortgage sales professionals with a minimum of 2 years of residential lending experience and actively working in the retail mortgage banking industry.
