Job Requirements:

• Minimum of three years of mortgage lending or retail mortgage banking experience
• Two or more new purchase loans per month (FHA, VA, Conventional, DPA, ITIN, Construction, Medical/Doctor Loans, Jumbo)
• Well-developed referral base, including realtors, past clients, financial planners, attorneys and/or accountants
• Knowledge of FHA, VA, Conventional and Construction loan guidelines
• College degree or equivalent work or military experience preferred
• Knowledge of real estate market in local area preferred
• Spanish-speaking Loan officers welcome!  We have bilingual processing operations support 
• Strong desire to continue growing a successful sales career in residential lending 

We seek experienced Mortgage Professionals with a minimum of 2+ years of current experience originating residential loans as a retail or outside loan officer. Only qualified candidates will be considered.
