The Federal Savings Bank, is one of INC 5000 fastest growing private companies in America, is on the hunt for a high energy, detail-oriented, entry level Junior Mortgage Banker in our Timonium, MD loan production office. This opportunity offers paid training to become a lead-based Inside Mortgage Banker role upon completion of our Junior Mortgage Banker Program and Mortgage Banker University! Mortgage industry experience is not required! This is a full time entry level position reporting directly to the Senior Vice President in Timonium, MD. On-the-job-training is provided. ONLY APPLICANTS LIVING IN OR NEAR TIMONIUM, MD WILL BE CONSIDERED.

*COVID-19 UPDATE: The Timonium office is spacious and employees are spread out. Masks are worn in all common areas and the office is disinfected daily.

Job Duties:

Participate in our Mortgage Banker University to start training to become a lead-based Inside Mortgage Banker
Support a top producing Mortgage Banker(s) with lead generation and follow up
Learn our CRM and how to manage mortgage banker leads
Learn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from successful Mortgage Bankers/Sales Managers

Job Requirements / Ideal Candidate:

Friendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a naturally high sales acumen
Must be dependable, self-motivated and require minimal supervision after training
A “Grinder” mentality
A positive attitude, desire to "win"
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and multitasking ability
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and demanding environment
Critical thinker and problem solver
Favorable credit and criminal background required
